Processes
We use the latest sheet metal design and punch software (Radan 06) with multishape nesting for our CNC PUNCH PRESS which utilises the material in order to minimise waste and maximise production.We off-line programme our Fine Tolerance CNC PUNCH PRESS which can accommodate 1250mm x 1250mm sheets without repositioning or 3.5m long with reposition.
We can punch up to 6mm aluminium and 4mm steels.
We specialise in hand bending sheet metal and we design and produce tooling for rubber pressing and hand bending of Aerospace complex surfaces.
Fine Limit Press Brake Folding up-to 3m long; we use modern tooling including Rolla-V tools for non marking of components during forming.
New addition to facility; Seam welding of all sheet metal materials on a Skiaky M 260 T fully modernised machine with extended arms.
Tube bending and manipulating, flaring capability from 3mm – 19mm diameters.
